Which graphics card and processor is better?

I've got a 50" 720p tv and want to make sure the graphics card is good for that.Wont blow up my computer or anything.I know nothing about them.It's between an ATI Radeon HD-6670 and an Nvidia GT-520.Is there any way of telling which one is better just by looking at them?I'd prefer not to keep coming back to ask if I find a different one :p

And the processors.How do they work?Is a 4 core 1ghz processor the same as a 2 core 2ghz?(or better or worse?)The most demanding game I play is Warcraft 3, so is it best to buy a better dual core, instead of an entry 4?Basically looking between a 3.3 ghz dual core and a 3.1ghz quad core.-And there's a 2.8ghz 6 core which is one of the cheapest :s
